1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Build Ship Market ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Build Ship Market provides an AI-powered development education platform offering courses, workshops, consultation services, and educational resources related to AI-accelerated software development.

2. Services Offered

2.1 Academy

• Self-paced online course with 15+ comprehensive modules covering AI-powered development
• One-time purchase for access to current course materials (not lifetime access)
• Custom modes, templates, and development resources
• Slack community access
• One-time payment of $499 USD

2.2 Cohort Workshops

• 2-week intensive group program with live sessions
• Daily sessions with expert instructors
• Build and ship your own application during the program
• Includes complete Academy access
• One-time payment of $899 USD

2.3 1:1 Coaching

• Individual mentorship sessions with AI development experts
• Custom workflows and project-specific guidance
• Direct access via communication platforms
• Includes complete Academy access
• Charged at $250 USD per hour

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for Academy purchases only. If you are not satisfied with the Academy content within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected]. No questions asked.

3.1 Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Refunds apply to Academy purchases only ($499 USD)
• Cohort workshops ($899 USD) and 1:1 consultation services ($500/hour) do not have a refund policy and are final upon purchase
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]

3.2 Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Upon refund, access to Academy materials will be revoked
• Downloaded materials should be deleted upon refund

4. Self-Paced Learning Responsibility

• Our services provide educational content and guidance, but success depends on your effort and dedication
• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, skill acquisition timelines, or career advancement
• Self-paced learning requires personal discipline and time management
• You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and accessing materials

5. Limitation of Liability

This includes but is not limited to:

• Server costs, cloud service fees, or infrastructure expenses incurred while building projects
• Data loss or security breaches in applications you develop
• Financial losses from failed business ventures or projects
• Time invested in learning or building projects
• Third-party service costs (APIs, hosting, tools, etc.)

6. Educational Purpose Only

Our services are for educational purposes only. We provide information and guidance, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current relevance of all information. Technology and best practices evolve rapidly; some content may become outdated.

7. Service Discontinuation and Termination

7.1 Right to Discontinue Services

Build Ship Market reserves the absolute right to discontinue, suspend, or terminate all or any part of our services at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, and without liability to users. This includes but is not limited to:

• Complete cessation of business operations
• Discontinuation of specific courses or programs
• Changes to service offerings or business model
• Technical, financial, or operational reasons
• Changes in market conditions or business strategy

7.2 Notice and Access Upon Discontinuation

In the event of service discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to:

• Provide notice via email to registered users when commercially reasonable
• Provide download links for purchased materials when technically feasible
• Maintain access to materials until the end of any announced discontinuation period

7.3 Limitation of Liability Upon Discontinuation

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Service discontinuation does not extend the 30-day refund window or entitle you to additional compensation
• Standard refund policy applies only within 30 days of purchase, regardless of service status
• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by service discontinuation
• Digital services are subject to business changes and may not be available indefinitely
• Your sole remedy upon discontinuation is access to downloadable materials, if provided
• We make no guarantees about the duration of service availability

8. Termination of User Access

Build Ship Market reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
• Sharing or redistributing copyrighted materials
• Any conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other users

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Build Ship Market expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Build Ship Market, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through our services.
